Valuations
In terms of the Local Authorities Rating Ordinance No 11 of 1977, the maximum period between valuations - without the consent of the Administrator - is four years. A new Valuation Roll will come into effect during 1994. Valuation Roll information can be obtained from Tel: 671-7633/4.
Valuation certificates can be obtained at a fee of R5,00 from the Town Treasurer's Department. Tel: 671-7634.
