Special Meter Reading
All consumers' meters are read once a month - if possible - by a private company. If a consumer should require a meter reading (including water meters) at any time other than on the fixed date, or if he/she should question the results of the usual reading, a special meter reading can be requested, in which case a fee (as determined in the Water and Electricity Tariff) is payable. If the consumer should question the results of the special reading, a second special reading may be requested, for which a similar fee is payable.
